Job Description

- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for software development projects. The candidate will collaborate with clients, project managers, UI/UX designers, developers, and QA teams to translate business needs into explicit functional requirements and support successful project delivery.

? Educational Qualification

- 1.Bachelor’s Degree in: Computer Science, Information Technology ,Business Administration, Engineering Software Development ,Any related field

? Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, validate, and document business and functional requirements.
- Ensure that delivered solutions align with business objectives, project requirements, and customer expectations.
- Support the validation of implemented solutions against approved requirements.
- Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and feasibility studies for new features and change requests.
- Track project requirements and maintain requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare project documentation, Meeting Minutes (MoM), and project status reports.
- Work closely with development and QA teams to clarify requirements and resolve functional queries.
- Assist in preparing test scenarios and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) documentation.




- Conduct requirement-gathering sessions with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain: Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) ,System Requirement Documents (SRD) ,Software Requirement Specifications (SRS)
- Create User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Use Cases, and User Journey Maps.
- Develop Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Process Flow Diagrams, Wireframes, and Workflow Diagrams.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to define user experiences, application workflows, and functional requirements.

? Eligibility

- 1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Software Development or a related field.
- Selected freshers will be required to sign a minimum 2-year employment agreement with the company.
- Strong knowledge of requirement gathering, business analysis, documentation, and software development processes
- Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Freshers with strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills are encouraged to apply.

- Preferred Skills

- Experience working on Web, Mobile, or Enterprise Software Applications
- Ability to manage multiple projects, requirements, and priorities simultaneously.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles and wireframing tools such as Figma
- Knowledge of API documentation and testing tools such as Swagger and Postman .
- Exposure to AI, IoT, Robotics, Automation, or other emerging technology projects will be an added advantage
- Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
