Job Role

We are looking for a Property Survey Executive to visit properties across Bengaluru and collect basic information for our team. The main role involves visiting properties, taking clear photos and videos, recording property details, and sharing the information with the team.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit residential and commercial properties across Bengaluru.
- Take clear photos and videos of properties.
- Capture important areas such as rooms, interiors, exterior, parking, entrance, and surroundings.
- Collect basic property details such as location, size, type, and availability.
- Coordinate with property owners or contact persons during visits.
- Share photos, videos, location, and property details with the team.




- Provide regular updates after completing property visits.
- Maintain accurate information collected during field visits.
- Travel to different locations in Bengaluru as required.

Requirements

- 10th Pass or above.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Comfortable using a smartphone and WhatsApp.
- Basic knowledge of taking photos and videos.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel and work in the field.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Travel & Conveyance

Regular travel within Bengaluru will be required for property visits. Travel/conveyance support will be provided as per company policy.
