About the Role

We are currently hiring Sales / Customer Relationship Executives for our premium furniture studio located in HSR Layout and JP Nagar, Bangalore.

Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply. Candidates with prior sales or customer relationship experience will also be considered.

Job Details

Experience: 0–3 Years
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Salary: ₹3 LPA – ₹8 LPA, depending on experience
Incentives: Up to ₹30,000 based on monthly performance
Monthly Target Bonus: ₹10,000 upon achieving the monthly target
Work Mode: Work From Office
Shift Timing: 10:30 AM – 8:30 PM
Weekly Off: 1 day per week

Language Requirements





- English and Kannada required
- Hindi preferred
- Tamil / Telugu will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

- Interact with customers and understand their furniture requirements.
- Explain products, features, pricing and available options.
- Handle customer enquiries and generate sales.
- Follow up with prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Provide a professional and positive customer experience.
