We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, meeting customers, maintaining existing relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets through field visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit potential and existing customers regularly to generate sales.
- Identify current business opportunities and develop recent customer relationships.
- Explain products/services to customers and understand their requirements.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up with leads, quotations, and prospective customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market visits and collect information about competitors, pricing, and market trends.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports of field visits, leads, sales, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the internal sales, operations, and customer-support teams.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers, where applicable.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Travel within the assigned territory as required.
Requirements
- 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in a relevant industry.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and MS Office/Google Sheets.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license and own vehicle preferred.

- Monthly sales/revenue achievement.
- Number of recent customers acquired.
- Number of customer visits and productive meetings.
- Lead conversion rate.
- Customer retention and repeat business.
- Collection/payment follow-up performance.
- Accuracy and timely submission of sales reports.
