Key Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities : Configure and manage MEETYOO virtual events, webcasts, and webinars. Support live event execution and monitor platform performance. Troubleshoot audio, video, streaming, and attendee connectivity issues. Coordinate with event producers, speakers, and customers before and during live events. Conduct rehearsal sessions and technical readiness checks. Handle incident, service request, and change management activities. Monitor event engagement features such as Q&A;, polls, surveys, and chat moderation. Escalate complex issues to L3/vendor teams when required. Prepare event reports, usage metrics, and RCA documentation.



Ensure compliance with SLAs and operational procedures.
