Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to manage the overall operations and business development of a Life Insurance branch through the Agency Channel. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing the agency network, achieving sales targets, and managing branch performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall business operations and performance of the branch.
- Drive life insurance business through the Agency Channel.
- Recruit, onboard, develop, and manage insurance agents/advisors.
- Build and maintain a strong agency network to achieve business targets.
- Set and monitor sales targets for agents and the branch team.
- Drive new business, renewals, cross-selling, and customer acquisition.
- Train, motivate, and support agents to improve productivity.
- Monitor agent performance and implement strategies for business growth.
- Conduct regular branch and agent performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, IRDAI guidelines, and internal processes.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, agents, and other stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for business expansion.
- Ensure achievement of branch revenue and profitability targets.
Pay: ₹114,540.22 - ₹198,674.97 per month
