Qualification: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing
Experience: 3+ years in nursing, preferably homecare/hospital experience
Registration: Valid Nursing Council Registration
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage nursing staff and patient care services.
- Ensure quality nursing care and adherence to clinical protocols.
- Monitor staff deployment, attendance, and performance.
- Coordinate with patients, attendants, doctors, and internal teams.
- Handle clinical escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct staff training and maintain required documentation.
