Job Summary

We are hiring German Language Experts for a Non-Voice Customer Support process. The role involves providing customer assistance through written communication in German, understanding customer queries, analysing concerns, and providing accurate and professional responses.

Candidates should have good German-language comprehension and written communication skills and be comfortable using German in a customer-support environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through non-voice channels such as chat or email.
- Understand and respond to customer queries in German.
- Provide clear, accurate, and professional written responses.
- Analyse customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions or information.
- Maintain high standards of written German and communication quality.
- Ensure accuracy while handling customer information and queries.
- Follow defined customer-service and process guidelines.
- Maintain a positive customer experience through professional written communication.

Eligibility





- Any Graduate / Undergraduate can apply.
- Freshers are eligible.
- Good German-language comprehension and written communication skills.
- Comfortable communicating professionally in German.
- Strong attention to detail and written accuracy.
- Good customer-service and problem-solving approach.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Compensation & Benefits

- CTC: ₹3.8 LPA
- Approx. In-Hand: ₹24,000 per month
- Transport: One-Way Cab
- Travel Allowance: ₹1,400
- Shift: Rotational Shifts
- Working: 5 Days
- Weekly Off: 2 Rotational Offs
- Location: Recent Town, Kolkata
