Position: Commi Pizza Maker
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹28,000 per month
Location: Bandra / Khar / Oshiwara, Mumbai

Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare pizzas, dough, sauces, toppings, and other pizza ingredients as per standards.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, presentation, and portioning.
- Handle pizza oven and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain proper mise en place and ensure timely food preparation.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team during high-volume service.
- Monitor stock and inform seniors about ingredient requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.

Requirements:





- Previous experience in pizza making or Italian cuisine preferred.
- Knowledge of pizza preparation, dough handling, and baking techniques.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen workplace.
- Freshers with relevant culinary training may also be considered.
