- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various job openings.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates and manage the hiring process.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment records.
- Post job openings on platforms like WorkIndia, LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed.
- Coordinate joining formalities and documentation for current hires.
- Location: Nagpur (Khamla)
Experience: 1–2 Years
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
