A candidate should posses knowledge over Academic counseling and management, Key Responsibilities

- Handle student inquiries through calls, emails, walk-ins, and online platforms.
- Counsel students and parents on courses, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of all academic programs and institutional policies.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions to meet monthly targets.
- Guide students through application, documentation, and enrollment processes.
- Maintain and update CRM/records of all student interactions and admissions.
- Participate in admission drives, events, seminars, and outreach activities.
- Coordinate with academic teams, marketing teams,



and management for smooth operations.
- Provide post-admission support and ensure a positive student experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasion and student-handling abilities
- Ability to understand student needs and offer relevant guidance
- Target-oriented mindset with strong follow-up discipline
- Valuable organizational and time-management skills
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
