About the Role

AI5 Academy is seeking a seasoned Agentic AI practitioner who has actually designed, built, evaluated or deployed AI-agent systems.

This is a senior technical trainer position, not a generic GenAI or prompt-engineering role.

The AI5 Agentic AI programme covers agent architecture, tool use, structured outputs, APIs, RAG, memory, orchestration, multi-agent systems, evaluation, deployment, monitoring and failure controls.

What We Expect

The ideal trainer should be capable of taking learners from:

Agent concept → Architecture → Tool use → Knowledge/RAG → Memory → Orchestration → Multi-agent systems → Evaluation → Deployment

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver advanced live Agentic AI sessions.
- Teach agent vs workflow vs chatbot architectures.
- Design agent state, roles, tools and stopping conditions.
- Demonstrate function calling and structured tool use.
- Teach API integration, authentication and error handling.
- Build RAG and source-grounded agents.
- Teach memory and context management.
- Demonstrate supervisor, router and specialist-agent architectures.
- Teach multi-agent orchestration.
- Cover LangGraph, CrewAI or comparable frameworks.




- Teach evaluation and reliability testing.
- Demonstrate prompt-injection and permission testing.
- Cover observability, cost, latency and monitoring.
- Guide learners through production-minded capstone projects.

Ideal Candidate

- Strong qualified AI/ML engineering background.
- Demonstrable agentic-AI projects.
- Evidence of production or advanced prototype work.
- Strong software/API fundamentals.
- Able to explain architecture without hiding behind frameworks.
- Prior technical mentoring or teaching preferred.
