We are looking for motivated and customer-focused candidates to join our team as Telecaller & Customer Support Executives in Trichy.

The role involves communicating with customers, handling enquiries, providing information about products or services, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle incoming customer enquiries and provide accurate information.
- Explain products, services, offers, and relevant details to customers.
- Follow up with leads and existing customers.
- Maintain skilled communication with customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate assistance.
- Record customer interactions and follow-up details.
- Coordinate with the internal team when required.




- Achieve assigned calling and customer-service targets.
- Maintain a positive and professional customer experience.

Requirements

- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good listening and customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to communicate confidently over the phone.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience range: 0–10 years.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
