Company: Tharayil Power & Energy Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Position: Telecalling & Recovery Executive Location: Alappuzha, Kerala Job Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a responsible and result-oriented Telecalling & Recovery Executive to handle customer payment follow-ups, outstanding dues recovery, and payment coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Make daily calls to customers regarding pending payments and outstanding dues.
- Follow up regularly with customers to ensure timely payment collection.
- Coordinate with the Accounts and Sales Departments for payment updates.
- Maintain accurate records of customer calls, payment commitments, and collection status.
- Follow up on overdue payments and ensure timely settlement of outstanding amounts.
- Prepare daily recovery reports and submit them to the reporting manager.
- Communicate professionally with customers and maintain good customer relationships.

Qualifications

- Any Degree or Diploma.




- Good communication and telephone handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Excel.
- Previous experience in telecalling, payment collection, or recovery is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
- Patience and a professional approach to customer handling.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to achieve daily and monthly recovery targets.

Salary

As per company standards and experience.
