Systematic Wires Pvt. Ltd. (Syscon Wires) is a growing manufacturer of steel wires for critical applications across 2-wheelers, cars, trucks, EVs, tractors, and other automotive segments.

We are looking for a Finance Executive with strong hands-on experience in financial analysis, P&L; preparation, budgeting, Balance Sheet preparation and MIS reporting. The candidate will be responsible for supporting management in financial planning, monitoring business performance, preparing financial reports and maintaining accurate accounting records.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and analyze Profit & Loss (P&L;) statements on a monthly basis.
- Monitor actual vs. budgeted financial performance and identify major variances.
- Assist in preparation of annual and monthly budgets based on business requirements.
- Prepare budget vs. actual analysis and provide variance explanations.
- Support preparation and review of the Balance Sheet, including schedules and reconciliations.
- Monitor working capital, receivables, payables, inventory and cash flow.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial statements and management reports.
- Analyze revenue, expenses, gross margin, EBITDA and profitability.
- Assist in financial forecasting and business planning.
- Monitor expenses against approved budgets and highlight deviations to management.
- Ensure proper accounting of assets, liabilities, income and expenses.




- Perform ledger scrutiny and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Coordinate with Accounts, Purchase, Sales and other departments for financial information and budget inputs.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Support GST, TDS and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Assist in internal and statutory audits by providing required financial data and supporting documents.
- Maintain proper financial records and ensure accuracy and timely reporting.

Candidate Profile

- 2–4 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Strong practical knowledge of P&L;, Balance Sheet, Budgeting and MIS.
- Good understanding of financial analysis and variance analysis.
- Experience in budget preparation, forecasting and financial planning.
- Good knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial statements.
- Understanding of working capital, cash flow and profitability analysis.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and financial reporting.
- Working knowledge of Tally/ERP or other accounting software.
- Working knowledge of GST and TDS.
- B.Com preferred; Any Graduate with relevant Finance experience can be considered.
- Experience in manufacturing/automobile/engineering industry will be preferred.
- Strong analytical ability, numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
