Foxscan is a property inspection and technology-driven field services company that helps organizations assess and verify residential and commercial properties through structured on-site inspections and reporting.

We are looking for a Site Engineer to join our field operations team in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct 3–4 property/site inspections per day across assigned locations.
- Visit houses, buildings, and other properties for physical inspection and verification.
- Assess and document property conditions, construction details, measurements, and other required information.
- Take photographs and collect relevant site information during inspections.
- Prepare and submit daily inspection reports accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with the operations team and provide regular updates on completed site visits.
- Travel approximately 60–70 km per day, depending on assigned locations.
- Follow company inspection procedures, reporting formats, and quality standards.
- Cooperate with the organization and coordinate effectively with internal teams and property occupants.
- Complete assigned site visits within the required timelines.

Requirements

- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E.



in Civil Engineering.
- Candidates pursuing Civil Engineering may also be considered.
- 0–2 years of experience in civil engineering/site work. Freshers are welcome.
- Must be based in Bangalore or willing to relocate to Bangalore.
- Kannada language proficiency is mandatory.
- Basic to good English communication skills required.
- Must have a two-wheeler/bike.
- Must have a valid driving licence.
- Comfortable with extensive field travel and visiting multiple properties every day.
- Basic knowledge of construction, building components, measurements, and site inspection is preferred.
- Ability to prepare accurate daily reports.
- Responsible, punctual, cooperative, and comfortable working independently in the field.

Significant

This is a field-based role. The selected candidate should be comfortable travelling approximately 60–70 km per day and completing 3–4 site/property visits daily.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
