Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Architect with 10+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and enterprise technology.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience designing and implementing AI/ML solutions, Generative AI applications, Large Language Models (LLMs), and cloud-based AI platforms. The candidate should be comfortable working across architecture, solution design, development, integration, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and architect scalable AI/ML solutions for enterprise applications.
- Develop and implement Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions using modern AI technologies.
- Work with LLMs, RAG, AI agents, prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector databases.
- Design AI/ML pipelines covering data preparation, model development, deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
- Develop and integrate AI capabilities with enterprise applications and REST APIs.
- Design scalable and secure cloud-based AI/ML architectures.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers, Software Engineers, Product Managers, and business stakeholders.
- Evaluate AI/ML models for performance, accuracy, scalability, and reliability.
- Implement responsible AI practices, including security, governance, monitoring, and guardrails.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor engineering teams on AI/ML best practices.




- Troubleshoot and optimize AI/ML applications for production environments.
- Stay current with emerging technologies in Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, and Machine Learning.

Mandatory Skills

- 10+ years of overall IT / software engineering experience
- Solid experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLMs
- Strong knowledge of Python
- Experience with Machine Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
- Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
- Knowledge of Vector Databases / Vector Search
- Experience with REST APIs and microservices
- Strong understanding of AI/ML architecture and solution design
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience with production deployment of AI/ML solutions
- Strong understanding of software engineering, data structures, APIs, and databases
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Good to Have

- Experience with Agentic AI / AI Agents
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks
- Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, or similar platforms
- Experience with MLOps / LLMOps
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps
- Knowledge of AI governance, security, responsible AI, and model monitoring
- Experience with enterprise applications and large-scale AI platforms
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
