You’ll connect with customers who register or enquire on the websites we manage, guiding them from initial interest to a confident purchase.

Function: Product consultation-led sales for Consumer Appliances and Electronic Products

Experience: 2-5 years

Qualification: Graduate with 2 years of experience in inside Sales

What you’ll do

- Engage with website leads through calls, WhatsApp and email.
- Understand customer requirements, explain products and address queries.
- Follow up on enquiries and abandoned carts to drive conversions.
- Keep lead records updated and ensure every enquiry gets timely attention.
- Work towards conversion targets while delivering a positive customer experience.

What we’re looking for

- At least 2 years of experience in inside sales, telesales or lead conversion.




- Valuable command of spoken and written English and Hindi.
- Strong listening, follow-up and persuasion skills.
- Comfort with CRM tools and working towards sales targets.
- Based in Mumbai. Experience in ecommerce or consumer durables is a plus.
