Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, references, databases, and other channels.
- Identify and research potential customers, contractors, builders, consultants, developers, and project companies.
- Understand customer requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
- Make regular outbound calls and follow up with prospective customers.
- Qualify leads based on requirement, project size, budget, decision-maker, and timelines.
- Maintain and regularly update the Lead Generation / Sales MIS and CRM.
- Schedule meetings and site visits for the sales/business development team.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-up and conversion.
- Track the status of leads from initial contact to conversion.
- Develop and maintain a robust database of prospective customers and projects.




- Monitor market activities, upcoming projects, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly lead-generation and meeting targets.
- Prepare regular reports on leads generated, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.
- Maintain professional relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
