Job Overview:

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who can provide professional and empathetic support to our customers, respond to their queries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests.
- Communicate with customers through various channels.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally.




- Develop a strong understanding of our products to answer customer questions effectively.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and customer requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Coordinate with colleagues and internal teams when required.
- Provide feedback to improve the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing skilled customer support.

Requirements:

- High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer support/customer service is preferred.
- Good communication (English) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with stressed or upset customers.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using computers.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
- Positive and customer-focused attitude.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
