Job Description – Operation Manager

Position: Operation Manager
Experience: 2+ Years preferred
Location: Bhopal

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise day-to-day operational activities.
- Monitor client transactions, documentation, and service requests.
- Ensure timely completion of mutual fund and insurance-related operational work.
- Coordinate with internal teams, AMCs, insurance companies, and other service providers.
- Review and verify forms, KYC, transaction documents, and operational records.
- Maintain MIS reports and monitor operational performance through Excel.
- Handle operational queries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Ensure proper documentation, record keeping, and compliance with company processes.




- Guide and support the operations team to ensure smooth workflow.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Finance, Mutual Funds & Insurance.
- Positive command of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Strong documentation and operational management skills.
- Good communication and team-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle responsibilities independently.
