Job Summary

Glowing Digital is looking for an experienced and result-oriented SEO Executive to join our digital marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for implementing SEO strategies, improving organic rankings, increasing website traffic, and managing SEO activities across multiple client projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO opportunity analysis.
- Handle On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, and Technical SEO activities.
- Optimize website pages, including title tags, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, internal linking, and content.
- Conduct SEO audits and identify technical and on-page issues.
- Execute effective link-building and off-page SEO strategies.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, backlinks, and overall SEO performance.
- Work with content teams to develop SEO-friendly content based on search intent and target keywords.
- Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles and local SEO activities, where required.
- Track website performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics/GA4, and other SEO tools.
- Prepare regular SEO performance reports and provide actionable insights.




- Analyze competitors and identify opportunities to improve search visibility.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and industry best practices.
- Manage SEO activities for multiple projects while maintaining quality and deadlines.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of hands-on SEO experience.
- Strong knowledge of On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Technical SEO, and Local SEO.
- Good understanding of keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Experience with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics/GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Ubersuggest, or similar tools.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, website structure, crawling, indexing, and technical SEO.
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Digital marketing agency experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
