Role Overview

We are looking for an AutoCAD 2D Architect with strong experience in roof concepts, residential/villa design, and architectural working drawings. The candidate should be able to independently develop accurate 2D architectural drawings and roof concepts from design requirements and coordinate drawings for execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare 2D architectural drawings and roof concepts using AutoCAD.
- Develop roof plans, roof layouts, roof sections and roof detailing.
- Prepare architectural working drawings / GFC drawings for residential and villa projects.
- Develop floor plans, elevations, sections and detailed architectural drawings.
- Understand roof slopes, ridge/valley/hip lines, eaves and basic roof construction concepts.
- Prepare detailed drawings for doors, windows, staircase, toilets, kitchens, flooring, walls and other architectural elements.
- Prepare drawings with accurate dimensions, levels, annotations and specifications.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with site requirements and construction conditions.
- Incorporate design revisions and prepare updated drawings as required.
- Work closely with senior architects/designers and site teams.
- Ensure drawings are clear, accurate and suitable for execution.
- Conduct site visits when required to understand measurements and existing conditions.
