We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Event Marketing Executive to promote events, generate leads, drive event bookings, and build strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate should have good communication, networking, marketing, and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote events through online and offline marketing channels.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into event bookings.
- Handle event sales, client interactions, and regular follow-ups.
- Approach corporate clients, brands, institutions, and potential customers.
- Explain event packages, services, and promotional activities to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Plan and execute event marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth event execution.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Achieve assigned lead generation, marketing, and sales targets.




- Maintain and regularly update lead and customer information.
- Develop creative marketing ideas to improve event visibility and customer engagement.

Candidate Requirements

- 1+ year of experience in Event Marketing, Event Sales, Business Development, Sales, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to interact confidently with corporate clients and customers.
- Positive networking and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Willingness to travel or meet clients when required.
