Role:
We are looking for an Admission Counsellor with experience in education sales, admissions, tele-counselling, or inside sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel students and parents regarding courses and admissions.
- Handle leads through calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Explain courses, fees, eligibility, payment options, and admission process.
- Convert leads into successful admissions and achieve targets.
- Conduct and coordinate demo sessions/webinars.
- Assist students with applications, documentation, and enrolment.
- Maintain lead details and follow-ups in CRM.
- Handle objections and build good relationships with students/parents.
- Follow up for pending documents and fee payments.




- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly admission reports.

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication and counselling skills.
- Positive convincing and sales ability.
- Strong follow-up and relationship management.
- Target-oriented and confident personality.
- Basic CRM/ERP and MS Office knowledge.
- Graduate in any discipline.

Preferred Background:
Admission Counselling | Education/EdTech Sales | Inside Sales | Tele-counselling | Career Counselling | Student Relationship Management.
