- Lead the RCM Quality/QA team and manage daily quality operations.
- Conduct audits across AR, Denials, Medical Billing, Payment Posting, Charge Entry, Prior Auth/EVBV, etc.
- Monitor Quality, Accuracy, SLA/KPI and Error Rates.
- Perform RCA, CAPA and process improvement activities.
- Conduct quality calibration sessions with Operations and Training teams.
- Prepare Quality MIS and performance reports.
- Coach QA Analysts and drive quality improvement.
- Handle client escalations and ensure HIPAA/compliance adherence.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in US Healthcare RCM/Medical Billing.
- 1–2+ years in Quality Team Lead / QA Lead / Quality Supervisor role.
- Robust knowledge of Quality Audits, RCA, CAPA, Calibration and RCM processes.
- Excellent communication, analytical and team-management skills.
