Job Overview

Advex Media is looking for an active, creative, and confident Social Media Manager to manage social media accounts and create engaging content for multiple client brands.

The ideal candidate should be active on social media, understand current trends, and have good video presentation and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain multiple social media pages across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Plan and execute social media content calendars.
- Create and coordinate content for posts, stories, reels, and videos.
- Develop creative content ideas based on brand objectives and current trends.
- Write or coordinate captions, content concepts, and social media copy.
- Monitor page performance, engagement, reach, and audience growth.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content writers.
- Stay updated with trending reels, formats, sounds, and social media trends.
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns.
- Maintain consistent brand communication across different platforms.

Required Skills





- 6 months to 1 year of experience in social media management, content creation, or a related role.
- Good understanding of Instagram and Facebook.
- Strong video presentation skills and confidence in appearing on camera.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content ideas.
- Good understanding of social media trends and audience behaviour.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or Photoshop for simple story creatives and thumbnails.
- Ability to handle multiple social media accounts and projects.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred

- Experience working with multiple brands or an agency.
- Personal social media presence or content creation experience.
- Mini influencers and content creators with relevant skills are welcome.
- Freshers with strong communication skills, confidence, and a valuable attitude may also be considered.
