We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Billing & Planning Engineer with 8–10 years of experience to join our team for infrastructure and railway projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of project schedules, cost control, and billing processes to ensure timely delivery and financial health.
Key Responsibilities
Planning & Scheduling
- ∙ Master Scheduling: Develop and update Baseline, L1/L2/L3 schedules using MS Project/Primavera, Tracking of Schedule with respect to baselines and reporting.
- ∙ Progress Monitoring: Track physical vs. financial progress using S-curves and Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis.
- ∙ Reporting: Prepare daily (DPR), weekly (WPR), and monthly progress reports (MPR) for management and clients.
Billing & Commercials
- ∙ Quantity Surveying: Extract quantities from GFC drawings and prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) have knowledge in MEP, Rate Analysis and auxiliary services
- ∙ Reconciliation: Perform material reconciliation (steel, cement) to prevent wastage and manage recoveries.
- ∙ Client & Subcontractor Billing: Prepare and certify Running Account (RA) bills and final bills based on verified site measurements.
- ∙ Claims & Variations:
Handle rate analysis for extra items and prepare price variation claims/Bills.
- ∙ Ensure all works comply with railway-specific safety standards and Indian Standard (IS) codes (e.g., IS 1200).
- ∙ Optimization of material and procurement through budgeting.
- ∙ Preparing Sale vs Cost for all items.
- ∙ Preparing BOQ & works / item specification to procurement for bought out items.
- ∙ Maintain all site records such as hindrance register risks, MDL, MOM of all meetings etc.,
- ∙ Has adequate knowledge of SOR/SQR rates and Market rates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- ∙ Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- ∙ Software: Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, and Advanced Excel
- ∙ ERP Systems: Hands-on experience with ERP for billing and material management.
- ∙ Experience: 7–8 years in infrastructure, with significant exposure to Railway Projects.

- ∙ Accuracy and timeliness of monthly billing and certification.
- ∙ Minimizing variance between planned vs. actual project progress.
- ∙ Successful material reconciliation with minimal wastage
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
