Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce development, implementation, and customization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce integrations, and Salesforce Clouds, with the ability to design scalable solutions and provide technical guidance to the team.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce applications.
- Translate business requirements into effective and maintainable technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable, and Future methods.
- Build user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.
- Develop and configure custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, and Flows.
- Implement Salesforce security using Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, OWD, and Field-Level Security.
- Develop and maintain solutions across Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Health Cloud.
- Build integrations using REST and SOAP APIs and authentication mechanisms such as OAuth and SSO.
- Handle data migration, ETL processes, and bulk data operations.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize Salesforce application performance.
- Follow Salesforce best practices, governor limits, coding standards, and security guidelines.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality,



maintainable code.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Prepare technical documentation and effort estimations.
- Support CI/CD, release management, and version control processes.

Required Skills

- 6+ years of overall Salesforce development experience.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in LWC, Apex, Triggers, and Salesforce Clouds.
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Triggers, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Robust understanding of Salesforce data modeling and platform architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud.
- Experience with Experience Cloud including communities/portals, user access, and branding.
- Experience with Health Cloud, including healthcare data models, care management, and workflows.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security and governor limits.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, OAuth, and SSO.
- Experience with asynchronous processing such as Batch Apex, Queueable, and Platform Events.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹1,048,444.36 - ₹2,645,416.76 per year
