Job Responsibilities

- Conduct practical and classroom training on EV & Lithium Battery Technology
- Train students on Battery Assembly, Repairing and Testing
- Teach BMS (Battery Management System) concepts and applications
- Provide hands-on training on EV Motors, Controllers and Diagnostics
- Assist in laboratory setup and maintenance
- Evaluate trainee performance and provide guidance
- Prepare training materials and practical assignments

RequirementsFor Trainee Trainer

- Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical,



Automobile or related field
- Interest in EV and Lithium Battery Technology

For Experienced Trainer

- Minimum 3 years of training/teaching experience
- Background in EV, Automobile, Electrical or Lithium Battery industry
- Strong practical and technical knowledge
- Good communication and presentation skills
