Process: New Zealand & Australia Process (Inbound)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries for travel bookings
- Convert leads into sales through effective follow-ups and convincing communication
- Promote and sell domestic & international flight tickets, hotel bookings, holiday packages, and travel insurance
- Understand customer travel requirements and suggest the best travel options as per budget and preference
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
- Build strong relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals
- Maintain customer database, lead status, and sales reports
- Resolve customer concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
Required Skills:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and convincing ability
- Customer handling and relationship management skills
- Good knowledge of travel booking portals and ticketing systems
- GDS knowledge is required (Amadeus preferred)
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and email communication
- Languages Required: Hindi & English
Qualifications:
- Freshers can also apply
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in flight ticketing, travel sales, or travel consultancy preferred
- Prior experience in the travel industry will be an added advantage
