Seed Solutions is hiring for two Architect positions in Kochi.

1. Architect – 2+ Years Experience

Requirements:

- B.Arch or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of SketchUp/3D software is an advantage.
- Valuable understanding of architectural drawings, detailing, and construction.
- Strong design, communication, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities:

- Develop architectural concepts, plans, elevations, and detailed drawings.
- Prepare working drawings and project documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams.
- Attend site visits and coordinate with the execution team.
- Assist with design development and material selection.

2. Fresher Architect

Requirements:

- B.Arch or equivalent qualification.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.




- Knowledge of SketchUp/3D software is an advantage.
- Good design sense and understanding of architectural drawings.
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with architectural drawings and documentation.
- Support design development and working drawings.
- Participate in site visits when required.
- Assist senior architects and the project team.
