Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced VRF Installation Manager / HVAC Site Engineer to manage and supervise VRF/VRV installation activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, installation supervision, manpower management, technical coordination, quality control, and timely completion of VRF projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage VRF/VRV installation and HVAC site activities.
- Execute VRF installation work as per approved drawings, layouts, and project specifications.
- Supervise installation of VRF outdoor units, indoor units, refrigerant piping, drainage piping, insulation, and controls.
- Ensure proper refrigerant piping installation, brazing, pressure testing, vacuuming, and refrigerant charging.
- Check installation levels, pipe routing, supports, insulation, and equipment positioning.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, clients, contractors, and other site teams.
- Manage technicians, installers, subcontractors, and site manpower.
- Monitor daily site progress and ensure timely completion of installation activities.
- Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues during installation.
- Conduct testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of VRF systems.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials, tools, equipment, and manpower.
- Maintain daily site reports,



progress updates, checklists, and project documentation.
- Coordinate material requirements with Purchase, Store, and Project teams.
- Ensure installation work meets required quality and safety standards.
- Attend site inspections and resolve client/consultant observations.
- Complete snag/punch-point activities and support final project handover.
- Travel to project sites as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in VRF/VRV installation and HVAC site execution.
- Solid knowledge of VRF/VRV systems and installation procedures.
- Good understanding of refrigerant piping, brazing, pressure testing, vacuuming, and commissioning.
- Ability to read and understand HVAC/VRF drawings and layouts.
- Strong manpower and subcontractor management skills.
- Good technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and site coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple site activities independently.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Preferred Experience

- Hands-on experience with VRF/VRV installation and commissioning.
- Experience handling commercial, industrial, or large-scale VRF projects.
- Experience with major VRF brands such as Daikin, Mitsubishi, LG, Hitachi, or equivalent will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
