Job Description:

- Perform administrative tasks and duties that affect the day-to-day functioning of the company
- Ensure the smooth workflow of the company from behind the scenes as a backend executive
- Process customer orders, and manage client queries in a timely and organized manner are the key roles of a back office executive
- Dabble with administrative functions such as research, accounting, and data analysis
- Work on recording tasks such as filing, data entry, document management and so on




- Maintain and organize office supplies and company equipment

Required skills and qualifications

- Proficiency in MS Office suite, which includes Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Solid organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
- Prior experience working as a back office executive, or any backend executive job
- Understanding of administrative processes, and customer service

Preferred skills and qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in any stream or any related field
- Knowledge of data entry
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
