Job Summary

Hansraj Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our HR and recruitment activities. This opportunity is suitable for freshers who want to gain practical experience in Human Resources and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals, and other platforms
- Screen and shortlist candidate profiles
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates
- Maintain and update candidate and employee records
- Support recruitment and onboarding activities
- Assist with HR documentation and daily HR operations
- Coordinate with candidates and internal teams
- Support other HR-related tasks as assigned
