Role Overview

Solebs is looking for a Talent Management Executive who will be responsible for creator onboarding and relationship building within the influencer marketing industry, with a primary focus on bringing relevant creators into Solebs' talent network.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Reach out to relevant creators and introduce Solebs' talent management opportunities.
- Communicate with creators and explain the onboarding process, terms, and requirements.
- Coordinate and complete the creator onboarding process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with onboarded creators.
- Stay in regular touch with creators to understand their collaboration interests and availability.
- Coordinate with the internal team to facilitate creator-brand opportunities.
- Maintain basic records of onboarded creators and their onboarding status.
- Identify opportunities to build long-term relationships with creators

Requirements





- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Talent Management, Influencer Marketing, Creator Partnerships, or a related role.
- Valuable understanding of social media platforms and the influencer marketing industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with creators and build professional relationships.
- Good negotiation and coordination skills.
- Strong follow-up and relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for maintaining creator records and trackers.
- Ability to manage multiple creators and tasks with timely follow-ups.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience working with creators/influencers or talent networks.
- Understanding of creator onboarding and influencer marketing workflows.
- Ability to identify and approach relevant creators based on brand/category requirements.
- Strong relationship-building skills with a creator-first approach.
- Experience in creator outreach, onboarding, or talent coordination will be preferred.
- Candidates who are proactive, organised, and comfortable with regular creator communication.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
