We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Incharge to manage day-to-day store operations, inventory, stock movement, and documentation. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records and ensuring smooth store activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations and activities.
- Receive, verify, and store incoming materials and products.
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification.
- Maintain proper documentation for inward and outward stock.
- Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, and delivery teams.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of products.
- Identify damaged, missing, or expired stock and report the same.
- Prepare daily and periodic stock reports.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety,
and discipline within the store.
- Ensure proper handling and movement of stock.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of inventory and stock management.
- Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Solid attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain accurate records.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle store operations independently
- 4 wheeler driving is mandatry.
Candidate Profile
- 2–4 years of experience in Store / Warehouse / Inventory Management preferred.
- Candidates with FMCG, retail, or distribution experience will be preferred.
- Should be responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
