Job Summary

Earn Marks is an education academy providing online educational programs for SSLC, Plus Two and Degree students.

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Academic Counselors to handle student enquiries, provide course guidance, follow up with leads and convert interested students into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle student enquiries through calls and WhatsApp.
- Counsel students and suggest suitable educational programs.
- Explain course details, eligibility, fees and admission procedures.
- Follow up with prospective students and parents.
- Convert leads into successful admissions.
- Maintain lead and follow-up records.




- Achieve assigned admission targets.

Requirements

- Any Bachelor's Degree.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good Malayalam communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in handling inbound and outbound calls.
- Valuable follow-up and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Target-oriented and positive attitude.

Previous experience in Academic Counselling, Admissions, Telecalling or Telesales will be an added advantage.
