The Role

We are seeking a Senior QA Lead to lead our QA team and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. Beyond technical skill, we're looking for someone with strong judgment, integrity, and ownership — someone who doesn't just execute test cases, but proactively identifies issues, raises concerns clearly, and takes full accountability for product quality. The ideal candidate brings a strong combination of manual and automated testing experience, proven leadership in managing QA teams, and the communication skills to influence decisions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute testing strategies, plans, and automation frameworks.
- Lead, mentor,



and guide the QA team to ensure timely and quality releases.
- Oversee all types of testing — functional, regression, performance, and integration.
- Proactively identify and escalate quality risks, even outside your immediate scope, rather than waiting to be asked.
- Manage test documentation, defect tracking, and quality metrics reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product delivery.
- Drive test automation initiatives and integrate testing with CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
- Solid knowledge of manual and automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium)
- Experience managing QA teams and working in Agile environments.
- High integrity and strong ownership mindset — comfortable raising concerns and pushing back when quality is at risk.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
