Job Title: Mechanical Design Engineer – Junior / Senior

Location: Ahmedabad
Qualification: BE/B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering
Experience:

- Junior: 1–2 Years
- Senior: 4–5 Years

Job Responsibilities:

- Design and develop 2D/3D drawings using Solid Edge & AutoCAD.
- Prepare and maintain BOMs.
- Design SPM, Jigs & Fixtures.
- Knowledge of GD&T;, DFM, manufacturing processes, materials and standard parts.
- Knowledge of Pneumatics & Hydraulics.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality and Procurement teams.
- Improve existing designs for cost, strength, weight and manufacturability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve design/manufacturing-related issues.

Required Skills: Solid Edge, AutoCAD, Mechanical Design, GD&T;, BOM, SPM, Jig & Fixture, DFM, Pneumatics & Hydraulics.
