We are looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader to lead and motivate our sales team and achieve business targets.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team.
- Set and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular guidance.
- Allocate leads and follow up with the team on conversions.
- Conduct team meetings and performance reviews.
- Support team members in handling customer queries and sales challenges.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly sales reports with management.
- Ensure proper follow-up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Sales, preferably as a Team Leader.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Target-oriented and result-driven.
- Good team management and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in lead management and sales conversion is preferred.
