Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and confident Communication Manager to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to communicate with prospective clients over phone calls, explain our services and event offerings, build robust relationships, and convert leads into successful business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on assigned leads.
- Present company services, award programs, media features, conferences, and branding opportunities in a professional manner.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Maintain regular communication with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels as required.
- Handle client queries, objections,



and negotiations effectively.
- Track lead status and update CRM records accurately.
- Follow up with interested prospects until closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client servicing.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain professional communication standards and represent the company positively.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
