Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Part time Sales & Marketing Executive to support our sales and marketing activities. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, promoting our products/services, generating leads, and maintaining good customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and contact potential customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other channels.
- Promote and explain company products/services to prospective customers.
- Generate new leads and follow up with existing leads.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and understand their requirements.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Support online and offline marketing activities.
- Maintain customer and sales records.
- Collect market feedback and share it with the management team.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Assist with promotional campaigns, events, and other marketing activities.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing.
- Ability to communicate confidently with customers.
- Basic computer, smartphone, WhatsApp, and social media skills.
- Self-motivated and willing to work independently.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior sales or marketing experience will be an advantage.
Compensation
- Part-Time Salary: ₹[4500] per month / based on working hours
- Incentives: Performance-based sales incentives may be provided.
