Role Overview

We are looking for a confident, highly creative Content Creator Intern to become the face and voice of various digital campaigns. In this role, you will be heavily involved in conceptualizing, scripting, and starring in short-form video content (Reels and YouTube Shorts) for both our agency and our clients. If you are a natural in front of the camera, obsess over social media trends, and want hands-on experience producing viral content in a fast-paced agency environment, this is the perfect opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

- On-Camera Presence: Act as the on-camera talent and host for various client and internal agency videos, delivering hooks and scripts with high energy and confidence.
- Content Ideation: Brainstorm engaging, trend-driven ideas for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts that align with client branding and current algorithm preferences.
- Scriptwriting: Draft quick,



punchy scripts and bullet points for short-form video content.
- Production Assistance: Work closely with our cinematographers and video editors on set to ensure smooth shoots and bring creative visions to life.
- Trend Spotting: Continuously monitor social media platforms to identify emerging audio, formats, and challenges to adapt for our clients.

Qualifications & Skills

- Camera Confidence: Extremely comfortable, expressive, and articulate in front of the camera.
- Digital Native: A deep, intuitive understanding of Instagram and YouTube culture, pacing, and trends.
- Creative Hustle: Proactive, full of ideas, and ready to experiment with different content styles.
- Communication: Excellent spoken communication skills (Hindi and English).
