CADD International and KAYDENZ, in association with BIM Channel, Dubai, are hiring architects and civil engineers for our Focus Mall, Calicut branch.

This opportunity combines BIM training, practical project experience, and professional mentorship, with a pathway towards international BIM careers.

Freshers Can Apply

Fresh graduates in Architecture and Civil Engineering are encouraged to apply. Knowledge of Revit and other BIM software is preferable. We welcome candidates with a strong willingness to learn, good communication skills, and an interest in teaching and project work.

Previous teaching experience is not essential for freshers. Selected candidates will receive guidance to develop their technical expertise, project knowledge, and teaching confidence.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver practical BIM and Revit training, with guidance from senior mentors.
- Support students in modelling exercises and project assignments.
- Develop BIM models, drawings, and project documentation.
- Review student work and provide constructive feedback.
- Participate in project activities as your skills and responsibilities grow.
- Coordinate with trainers and project experts to maintain training quality.
- Learn and apply international BIM standards and project workflows.
