Job Title: Accountant (Advanced Excel)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, taxation and statutory compliances. The candidate should have good practical knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS and accounting procedures, along with good communication and Excel skills.

The role will also involve supporting other departments and business activities when required, so the candidate should be flexible and willing to work across functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting in Tally.
- Manage purchase, sales, expenses, receipts, payments, journal entries and ledgers.
- Handle GST, TDS, taxation and other applicable statutory compliance filings.
- Perform bank, ledger and other necessary reconciliations.
- Prepare basic MIS, reports and financial information for management.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks and other external parties as required.
- Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Operations and other departments for accounting-related information, documentation and requirements.
- Provide support to other departments in areas such as data analysis, documentation,



reporting and process coordination whenever required.
- Be willing to take up additional responsibilities and support business operations beyond core accounting activities.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Degree/Diploma in Commerce, Accounting or Finance.
- Good practical knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS and taxation.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ability to work with accounting and business data.
- Good English communication skills – both written and spoken.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage day-to-day responsibilities.
- Flexible and willing to work across different functions/departments as required by the business.

Added Advantage

- Knowledge of VBA / Excel Macros / automation.
- Experience in a manufacturing, engineering or project-based company.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
