Key Responsibilities

- Carefully check jewellery items before packaging to ensure accuracy and proper condition.
- Pack gold and jewellery products securely according to company standards.
- Verify product details, item codes, quantities, weights, and required documentation before dispatch.
- Ensure proper labelling and identification of packages.
- Maintain accurate packaging and dispatch records.
- Coordinate with the sales, inventory, and operations teams for timely order fulfilment.
- Handle jewellery products with utmost care and responsibility.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow company security procedures at all times.
- Ensure the packaging area is clean, organised, and properly maintained.
- Report any discrepancy, damage, shortage, or mismatch immediately to the concerned supervisor.
- Assist with stock checking and reconciliation when required.
- Follow all company SOPs related to jewellery handling, packaging, and dispatch.

Requirements

- Previous experience in packaging, jewellery operations, inventory, or a similar role is preferred.




- Experience in the gold/jewellery industry will be an added advantage.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle valuable products responsibly.
- Basic knowledge of weighing, counting, labelling, and record keeping.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
- Honest, reliable, and responsible attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
