- Make outbound calls to prospective students/customers from provided leads.
- Understand their needs, interests, and requirements.
- Explain courses, programs, services, fees, and other relevant details clearly.
- Counsel and guide prospects based on their requirements.
- Follow up regularly with interested prospects.
- Handle questions and objections professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Schedule appointments or counselling sessions when required.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
