We are looking for a skilled and responsible Website Developer to develop, maintain, optimize, and continuously improve the company’s website. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the website is user-friendly, responsive, secure, visually professional, and updated with the latest company and project information.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and update the company website and web pages.
- Create responsive and mobile-friendly website layouts.
- Ensure the website functions properly across different browsers and devices.
- Add and update content, project details, property listings, images, videos, and other website information.
- Implement website features, forms, landing pages, and other required functionalities.
- Monitor website performance, speed, security, and overall functionality.
- Identify and fix technical issues, bugs, broken links, and errors.
- Optimize the website for SEO, speed, user experience, and search-engine visibility.
- Coordinate with the HR, Sales, Marketing, and Management teams for website-related requirements.
- Create and manage landing pages for marketing campaigns and property/project promotions.
- Integrate inquiry forms, lead-generation forms, WhatsApp, social media, and other relevant tools.
- Maintain website backups and follow appropriate security practices.
- Regularly check website analytics and suggest improvements based on performance.
- Ensure all website content and company information remain accurate and up to date.
- Maintain confidentiality of company website credentials, databases, business information, client data, and other proprietary information.




- Perform any other website or digital-development responsibilities assigned by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Computer Science, IT, Web Development, or a related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web development.
- Experience with WordPress/CMS platforms and website management.
- Knowledge of PHP, MySQL, APIs, and website integrations will be an advantage.
- Basic understanding of SEO and Google Analytics/Search Console.
- Knowledge of website security, hosting, domain management, and backups.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as coordinate with different departments.
- Good communication and time-management skills.

Preferred Experience

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in website development or website management.
- Experience working with Sangathan, real estate, construction, property, or corporate websites will be preferred.
- Candidates with strong practical knowledge and a good portfolio may also be considered.

Performance Expectations

The selected candidate will be expected to:

- Keep the company website updated and operational.
- Complete website development and modification tasks within assigned timelines.
- Maintain website speed, functionality, security, and responsiveness.
- Support digital marketing and lead-generation activities through website development.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the website and online presence.

The employee shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all website credentials, login details, source code, databases, client information, company data, business strategies, project information, and other proprietary information of the company.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
