- Manage and maintain all enterprise hardware, active networking devices (routers, switches, firewalls, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi), and endpoint systems across corporate offices and retail outlets.
- Monitor and administer physical and virtual server infrastructure, ensuring timely OS patches, system updates, Active Directory maintenance, and data backup operations.
- Implement and enforce cybersecurity protocols, access controls, endpoint protection, and firewall policies to safeguard sensitive customer and business data.
- Oversee the end-to-end management of Surveillance (CCTV) systems, NVRs/DVRs, IP cameras, and physical intruder alarm systems across high-value jewelry retail showrooms and vaults.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance, site audits, and system health checks on network setups, servers, and security hardware.




- Troubleshoot and resolve real-time hardware failures, network interruptions, system downtime, and surveillance feed issues promptly.
- Coordinate with external vendors, system integrators, OEMs, and security contractors for hardware procurement, equipment maintenance, and AMC/SLA renewals.
- Maintain accurate IT asset management records, system documentation, IP schemes, and surveillance footage archive compliance.
